The WD Easystore portable had drive is easy to use

They are reliable, easy to link to my computers and have very low failure rates. The easystore is exactly what its name implies. It was easy to format for my Mac laptop and reasonably quick in backing up my hard drive. It was also hard to beat the low price for 1 TB of storage.

Age-old storage dwarfed

Only needed 1 TB of storage since all else is accounted for. I remember my first external HD was all of 10 MB and cost 4x what this little guy costs. That was a year or so after the IBM XT came out. What amazing tech advances ...and they never seem to stop.

Extra Storage Quality

I have also used their external hard drives for my wii u as well and so far their products haven't caused me any problems. I turned to them once again for an external hard drive for my ps4's internal hard drive was filling up pretty quickly. It was an easy format and install. In record time, I was off downloading and playing games flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this brand of external hard drive for gamers or even non gamers who need that extra space for their clogged up devices.

Simple Set Up

I plugged the EasyStore into my laptop and immediately the hard drive is recognized and ready to back up the data. I backed up an entire machine about 500 GB, and the process was easy, smooth and completed relatively quickly. Western Digital, in my opinion has always been a leader in external drives and I would highly recommend this brand and this model. There are storage devices with higher capacity, but this was all I needed and the price was great.
