Worked great after call to tech
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Salesperson at Best Buy told me I could just plug this into my Mac and start dragging stuff to it, and then copy it from there to my Windows laptop. That was wrong. I had to call WD tech support. They were awesome...walked me through how to partition the drive for use with a Mac and PC. Worked great after.

Great Hard Drive

Great for putting my YouTube videos on there and the edits I've made for pictures. The only problem was that it wasn't the right plug to insert into my MacBook, but luckily I had another cord to work with it.
