    This is just an everyday laptop I use for internet service, to pay bills get on a few websites here and there this is a great laptop for everyday use for small projects due to the fact it has a small hard drive which I knew going in.

    New computer purchase required data transfer to make my life easier. After all, with COVID and lockdown, all items needed are at my fingertips this was. The transfer worked great. It was done in a few hours and then all that was needed was to upload to new computer purchased. Got to say, I was only down about two days between item purchases and services. Very very excellent.

    I worked with the Geek Squad to get my hard drive recovered. They saved 99% of everything on that drive whicn was from windows 8 and transferred it to a portable one which I could read. I love their integrety and professinalism. Thank you for your service.
