Little pricey and wish they had a 500gb option but worked perfectly as external storage for my wii

Fast drive good for traveling. I love how small and compact this is. Love that it had options for colors so we can tell mine from others. Holds all my pictures that I haven’t even scratched the amount and cleared off laptop and phone full of years of pictures.

I like the small footprint of the drive and its high capacity. It works great with my desktop and laptop. I have used to backup my data.

The drive performs as expected and at a great price. But I am extremely disappointed in the backup software. My previous WD had software that continuously backed up files as they were saved, This one only offers three schedule options and to make things worse I have yet to see it do so automatically. I have it set to a daily backup at 1:00 p.m. I have to initiate it manually even though i have the computer turned on at that time. Be prepared to backup manually. This is the first purchase that I did not rate @ 5 stars.

The WD-Easy store 1TB External USB 3.2 Gen1 is excellent. It backup works fast and quiet.

Bought a newer MacBook Pro and needed an external hard drive to transfer my files from my old MacBook to the new one. This one was a great price and easy to use. Save the files to time machine through the hard drive and transfer to the new one.

Super easy unit to set up with all software you need included. I set it to back up every night and no longer worry about losing data even if my system crashes. Small enough that you forget it's there.

This little gadget works great for my boyfriend's PS4. It adds a lot of extra memory and is small which is good so it doesn't take up too much space. The price is also great considering it has a lot of memory space. I will be buying another one soon for my PS4.

I use this as a DVR for my Tablo Device at home, it works great, holds a ton of stored video and is reliable.

Exactly what I needed. Small compact drive that is portable and holds everything I need.

Needed for my PS5. Ran out of space and had to delete games to install new one. Having extra space allows to store more games and runs great off the hard drive no issues or slow time loading.

The quality and storage capabilities was what I needed and wanted in my arsenal. I also like the fact that it's portable and can travel easy.

Quick, plug and play external hard drive. It is as easy to use as any thumb drive, only it has a lot more storage. It is fairly small and light weight. Good deal for the price.

Works great for storage, I use it to store data I don't want taking up space on my pc. I have not and do not plan to use as a backup for my PC so I can't speak on that. Very fast for storage. I can play music, videos etc. very fast with this drive. I have only used it in USB 3 port. i don't know about using it in USB 2.

Bought this to store photos/videos from my phone. Has more than enough storage for this application. I've had several other WD external hard drives and they all perform flawlessly.

Bought one for each daughter as their MacBooks don't have much storage. Both girls said they work great and help out a lot. We did have to return/replace one it just didn't seem to work out, but Best Buy took it back no problem and replaced it.
