Needed additonal storage...so easy to use!

With this I can store them and not have to worry about my computer crashing and losing all of them...I've had it happed before. Super easy to setup and use.

I chatted with online support and they were no help. Basically said, "too bad". So when I received the devices i took them to the closest brick and mortar BB store, returned them for full credit and then repurchased them at the advertised price, saving over $100. Other than that SNAFU the devices are fine although the "Quick Start Guide" was a little lacking in good instructions.
