Replace Hard drive

In fact, they went above and beyond to help me. The only problem I had is that the Outlook files were not copied to the external disk I purchased and therefore did not get copied to my new hard drive . I have not yet looked to see if I can pull them up on my old hard drive. If I can't retrieve them it is not good because I have important information there that is lost for good. I would suggest your people be instructed to make sure everything is copied.

Good USB powered Hard drive

Easy and dependable drive

Look, having a home media cloud drive thingy is great and all, but I wanted an external drive that I can store all of my personal files on and access from my work computer when I need to. I wanted storage that looks and feels the same as storing it on my computer hard drive. I get that with this drive. You can set it up as a backup to your computer as well, but that's not how I use mine. Simple file storage for someone who moves between home office and office location 2-3 times per week. Small and mobile, easy setup, and standard operation. Just what I wanted at at great price! Thank you!
