Size is small and compact, light weight, with storage large enough to partition and use for backup of two separate computers. Very easy to use. Just purchased so time will tell how reliable it is. Too bad I needed to purchase another cable in order to us it on my new computer.

Great product and got all the help I needed with Aiden, Cris, and Ben at the Geek Squad to purchase the correct computer. All three men provided me with excellent service. Customer service is always a plus at this store. Dale helped me recently in looking into a television. Outstanding service from this very knowledgeable young man. He broke everything down so it was understandable to me. So impressed with the people who work here. I wish all retail stores operated like this one. They have old school respect with modern technology smarts.

I’ve been using this external hard drive for about a month now and I haven’t had any issues. It works perfectly for storing all of my digital games for the PS4. Highly recommend!

This hard drive is fast and can take up to1 TB of data. I have no roblems with it. it loads quickly and easily.

Easy to use, stores lots of stuff! Was able to transfer over multiple things from my laptop in order to free up extra space to have my laptop get updates and operate properly again!!

This external Hard drive is as simple of a plug and play as it comes. My Apple iMac recognizes it immediately and I have been able to shift less frequently materials off of the main memory, greatly improving performance.

This is my second purchase of these drives and they are still a great addition. I use this for storing all of my documents instead of on the computer's hard drive and they work fine and have been very dependable.

The external hard drive was needed for backup of everything from photos, documents, emails, etc. Best Buy found the exact model that was perfect for my Apple desktop. I feel great that I don't have to worry about losing anything on my computer.

Purchased to backup laptop data. Is faster on 2.0 USB port than my other USB drives. Not using the WD backup software included on drive. Like the smaller pocket size. Will most likely purchase another when they are on sale again.

Works great for my purposes, which is using it as a back up for my important files. Just plug it in and go. Plus it's tiny (unlike the giant one I had before it) and takes up very little room. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this to use it as a hard drive with my DVR since my DVR's internal hard drive crashed. It's worked excellently with my DVR. It would also be a good hard drive for portable, on the go storage, or backing up a computer. It's cost-effective, easily portable, solid, and reliable.
