I found this item on sale so I quickly ordered it via the Best Buy app for in store pickup. I backed up my files from my desktop and notebook PCs. 1 TB is plenty of space for me and the drive works instantly via the USB's plug and play functionality. It is light, quiet, small and easy to use. Definitely worth the investment.

Reliable storage and user interface

I switched from Mac to PC and decided to get a new drive along with it. 1 TB is a good size for me as I like to keep raw unedited photos. WD has a nice interface which guides you through the backup process. I like the WD backup function which will help me stay on top of backing up without it being another 'chore' on my list. I look forward to never again asking myself ' Did I back this folder up already? Ugh, let me go in and check'!
