An extra hand

Transferring script between the two is so much easier with this drive. I can create directly to it and run from it until things are right. This is so much easier then tying up a whole hard drive to try something new.

My first externa ssd

You can down load your files quick. This is a great item to have to back all your files and folders. Its allso great to back up a system image, then if you ever have a problem you can down load to your PC and be up and running. I think this WD is a great external hard drive .

Nice Portable Hard Drive

It's easy to carry (portable), doesn't take up much room (nice nice), and is intuitive and easy to use. The 1TB size is a nice size for storing all my important data and backing up my MacBook.

Just to say, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE. It is so much easier to use if you don’t. I would suggest look up “fix wd external hard drive” on YouTube if you do not know how to wipe the app off of the hard drive. Plus, if you use the app, they have your data.
