I bought this to transfer files from my laptop to my first pc. It's also nice to have a backup of everything from your pc or laptop. I haven't had any issues or complaints about it.

Bought to backup files from laptop. Has enough space to store photos/ videos and important files. Didn’t want to pay a monthly fee for cloud storage.

Gift for a nephew, he is the one who knows how to use all of this stuff and it was easy for him to add to his gaming console.

I've always had good luck with Western Digital Hard Drives. I recently bought a new laptop and needed an external hard drive to backup all my files, etc.. This WD model fit my needs perfectly and the price was right. It works great with my backup program.

I have always used WD external HD. I have 2. My husband needed one for his work laptop. Went right to WD and ordered this one for him. Connected with no issues.

Easy to install and seems to be working and accepting downloaded data. One never knows until they take it to another computer and try to open it. That's when the rubber meets the road.

In my mind, this is a 1 or a 5. It works or it doesn’t. Fortunately, it worked and I used it to copy my files to move to another computer. Pricing was attractive.

WD makes a high quality product that's easy to use. Easy to transport and stores tons of photos. Excellent product and price!

I have the old xbox one, so I needed more space for more games instead of having to uninstall games. Now I am able to keep more games with more storage space with this.

We've purchased this brand before, and we have never had any issues. I went for the easy store because I am not worried about the things I save being of any interest to anyone else.

I bought this drive to clone my C drive. Now it sets on a shelf waiting for the C dive to fail or be corrupted. I have other WD external drives and they have always performed very well.
