The USB-A to Mini USB cable is not good for any Mac with USB-C ports and it requires reformatting and is not a simple “plug and play”.

Ripped off

I'm assuming someone bought it opened it up and replaced it then returned it and they resold it as brand new, ordered it the 21st got it today on the 25th and just got back from returning it. The drives are good but I don't recommend buying things from bestbuy unless it's in store.

Called help desk on 12/29/2023 and he put a reorder in ticket number #327382598. I should call back in 10 business days for an update. Tracking said the label was printed but the item has not been sent to post office yet.
