This USB Hard Drive is very light, very small, and very easy to use. The price was good, delivery to the store very prompt and pick-up was so well organized that it was actually a pleasant experience. It is too early to say how this hard drive will perform over the long term, but initial use has been excellent.

The WD - Easystore 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is a great purchase! It works well and is very convenient, and lightweight. I take it everywhere. It's especially helpful when completing personal assignments on my work computer. Worth the money!

The storage pack was really good. It helps out alot of things you can do with it. It can help with gaming or files or anything you need help with.

I use this to save photos and documents that would otherwise big down my computer. Easy to set up and easy to access. It's small and doesn't take much space. Got it for a great price on Deal of the Day, but it's worth it's regular cost.

Used this to store pictures and videos that are taking up storage on my 500 GB laptop. Works great, have been able to open and view MP4 files with no issues. Pretty decent price compared to alternatives as well.

I've been a WD user for year and they've never let me down. This little gem is a perfect alternative to all those thumb drives. I keep three. One is for writing projects. One is for music and a third for just in case. It's a great product at a fair price.

This external Hard Drive worked wonderful for adding extra storage to my 4K Smart TV. I needed the extra storage space so I could add more TV Apps. It was very easy to install!

The drive works well with Windows 10, and I was able to plug it into both a laptop and a USB hub with no issues. I had problems getting the Western Digital Discovery Tool to install on Windows 10, and I ended up abandoning that installation. Fortunately, the software is not a requirement for getting the drive to work, and, since I just needed the drive for additional storage space, I have not needed to retry the installation.

I tell my clients that having a "real" back up for your digital information is just a "no brainer" which unfortunately most don't realize until they have a situation in which it has been lost. This one is well priced and does the job exceptionally.

I've always liked Western Digital products and this external hard drive did everything I needed it to. Portable, compact with 2TB of storage fit the bill for me. Ordering it from Best Buy was also a good experience. ORdering was easy, curbside pickup was quick and efficient.

I bought a Microsoft Surface for work and needed extra storage. This was perfect! It is fast to transfer, light to carry, and easy to set up. I would recommend and would buy again. Buy the case too. It keeps it clean and protected. This is a much smarter storage option than a flash drive. I’ve ruined a ton of those by carrying them around in my purse but this has held up so far.

Had to purchase this in an emergency when my wife's laptop displayed some problems. We were on an out of town trip away from usual resources, and I needed to back up pictures and data. This unit was on sale, and the store was nearby. It worked perfectly! Crisis averted!
