Curbside Pickup was simple and quick. I used this harddrive to salvage files off of a dying Macbook, and I have since switched to PC. Be aware you will need to format this drive correctly before loading files onto it if you wish to use it with both platforms. Plenty of space for what I needed, and an affordable option compared to the HDD's they sell at the point of service at the Apple store. If you find yourself needing to go in for assistance backing up your system, definitely come prepared with your own drive.

WD portable drives are very reliable and slim, I still have several going back 10-15 and they work like charm

Just what I needed at a reasonable price. I had another external hard drive I needed to make a cop of and the 2T WD-Easystore did it. I have a 2013 MacBook pro and had read a few negative reviews about it not working or not finishing once the copying started. No problems whatsoever and it was relatively quick. I formatted the drive according to Apple specifications (this took about 90 seconds) and then started copying my data over in "batches". I was done in a few hours and it works perfectly.

This exeternal hard drive is a great way to store those photos and files that you don't need to access every day. I love how well it works and it is user friendly.

Plenty storage for use on xbox one. Caught on sale for excelllent price. Well worth it if in need of more storage.

Works great and super easy to use. Only thing to note is if you’re thinking about using it for gaming purposes, just know certain games will run slower when stored on this drive; mostly online games. It takes longer for your computer to access the data stored on external drives so I would only use it for offline games or other files.

It takes up little space on my desk and I feel comfortable to have this device to back up my desktop! Easy to install and it works great!

It's small and compact and does exactly what you want it to do. Has plenty of storage space for what I needed it for.

Pretty simple to set up. Convenient size. The usb cord it came with is short, but not really a problem enough to buy another cord.
