My wife just recently started a photography business and she needed ample storage space to keep all of the photos from her photo shoots. This exceeds that and is very good for backing up things happened to the computer.

Ordered the WD-Easystore 5TB external hard drive on line. Would be giving 5 stars but must deduct a star for having to return a defective unit. Chose to go to the physical store to return. The return/replacement process was easy as pie. New drive works perfectly. I have ordered several over the last few years. This is the only time I received defective merchandise.

Picked this up for a great deal and have been able to copy all the data from all my old hard drives onto just this one. Sometimes it glitches with my Mac and I have to connect it to Windows to fix errors, but no data is ever lost.

I needed a new external HDD for my PS4 as I wanted to be able to have more games in my collection. This did exactly what I needed it to do and it works like a dream.

This is an excellent drive with plenty of storage. Because it runs off USB power, it's very convenient for transferring large files between different machines. I've successfully used in on Windows and Linux machines.

Thing is a beast! Works great for my Xbox one X. Might be too much storage... I’ve been getting cocky with my downloads. I keep laughing and call of duty’s 120gb updates. Plenty of room! Only thing with this drive... it’s a big boy. Like it is chunky. Don’t let it fall on your toes.

Use this to put games I quit playing PS5 on it. Very easy to transfer over just make sure to use only one external drive because you can't use two on a PS5 system.

Great price. Works as advertised. Great customer service I showed up right before 8 pm at curbside before I could hit the pick up button the curbside option went away. they went ahead let me come in the store and pick it up after they closed the front doors.

I bought this as a portable backup drive replacing an older WD drive that was starting to have issues. I've been using it for a couple months now and couldn't be happier. Size and build quality is great, speed is excellent, even for editing photos off of. Overall great little drive.

Not the fastest but nice to have such affordable storage. Small, portable size.

Using this for extra space on my ps4. Had to reformat it, but so far its working great! Not a super fast drive, but it gets the job done. Runs hot though.

I am photographer who needs storage after storage. I used to play with 3 different 1gb storage but now i Just take this one around and i am good. still have few more gigs to share after a year of usages. will need to get a second one shortly.

Bought to store my PS4 games when using my PS5. Works great. I've downloaded over 100 games so far with no problems. I can also use it to store PS5 games when I'm not playing them, which saves time rather than deleting them and redownloading them later on.

Killer hard drive if you want to store videos and pics and free up some space on your computer's hard drive

Got this on sale around Black Friday and worth the purchase. Got it for my ps4 but best for my ps5. Was full on my old 2tb external and now I can save all my games and still have plenty of room for more without having to delete games.
