Worked perfectly right out of the package. I’m using it to store all my family pictures and videos for my PLEX Server. So far so good. Very responsive and fast for a small form factor external HDD. Recommended.

Works great, and it's so much nicer to not have to have the DC power cable with it everywhere. Have had it plugged in, transferring files for a few days straight, no overheating issues. I've had MyBooks since early 2000s and this is even better.

Easily store your memories on a piece of technology. 5 TB is perfect for me. Previously I used an online cloud storage service but the 1 TB for the low plan would fill up too fast. This worked great for my needs.

I like this storage hardrive because I download movies and tv shows from my itunes account I have a lot of itunes purchases and this external hardrive is excellent!

Inexpensive, fast and easy to use. I bought this for travel, for a copy of my Adobe Lightroom catalog. with a folder for backing up the photos I take while gone, and it's ideal for that.

Purchased this for my computer since I only have 1tb internally. You do have to format it which is a whole process thats kind of confusing for new timers. Other than that it does whats its supposed to which is store more videos, pics, songs, etc.

Another dependable Best Buy product and deal. This is so amazingly light and small- the whole reason I bought it online, to use for future travel, for photos...I was not disappointed when I received it! And the Best Buy daily sales are amazing.

This is a great purchase for the price and because it is a 5 terabyte USB 3.0 Hard Drive. You can save a lot of 4k movies or high quality images and music. definitely will recommend it to anyone looking to backup their movie collection of precious pictures!!

Very fast delivery. Easy to connect to laptop. Excellent portable hard drive allowing the capability to transfer and take enormous amounts of data videos music and other software and entertainment when traveling.

Hard to believe how out dated my last external hard drive was. Amazing how much photos and videos I already put on this one and barely touch the storage space, Highly recommend.

Got it for xbox series s storage. Works great, no issue formatting. super quiet. TONS of space. No issue running xbox games directly from it.

Arrived within a day of ordering. This is quite small compared to my other external hard drives but stores just as much. I haven't used it a lot yet, but do not expect any issues as WD has always done well for me.

Needed something to be able to download external security footage on This works great, and had tons of storage.

Got this on sale, needed it for the PS5 and it worked great. Just plugged it up and transferred. It's actually my 3rd one I purchased. They've all worked great w no problems, I have one for my laptops & the other for a PS4

I've had a couple of these for the past few years. haven't really had any issues. I should probably invest into a real NAS system but these work well for now

Just bought a new Dell 512 SSHD Dell computer and have a lots of photos on my old computer. Needed more memory so downloaded my old computer important data and my pictures from the old computer to the new drive. Now new computer will also back up to this drive giving me more storage. I feel that I will have a faster computer with more storage with the new external hard drive.
