Great value of storage for the money purchased. I needed to get a laptop backed up quickly and bought this. I have 3 laptops backed up on it, tons of photos too.

WD Easystore 5TB External portable Hard drive is awesome. I may not have to buy external storage for many years. This is not the first time buying WD!!

Can put all my pictures in one place. I love the size and easy to use.

This works very fast on 3.0 USB. I stored about 100 GB of photos on it, and then used Vera Crypt to make two 800 GB encrypted files to securely store data files. Once recognized by the OS, it's a simple drag and drop to store the files. I used it right out of the box on Linux and Windows machines. I have a 3 TB easystore for about 3 years now, and it was my happiness with it that lead me to get the 5TB one. Can't have too many backups

I only bet if I can help it, The Western Digital brand hard drives. They seem to be the most dependable on the market to me. So far they have been the best ones I have used with my computers. They haven’t failed me yet!

Use this as a backup device for my Cocktail Audio X45 music streamer. Works perfectly. I currently have about 1,000 CDs ripped into the X45. the backup takes about 1.5 hours.

A great external harddrive works perfectly to store my ps5 data.

Good product, works fast and seamless. Best part is that you dont need to install a drive or anything. Works like usb. The only issue is that there is no data protection/pwd protected. So, if anyone gets hold of the drive all data is visible. At least the security is not very intuitive.

Just what I needed. Got it on sale and easy to pop in and out of the laptop when working with and needing to move 4K /60fps video.

It is excellent storage device that help me good size of files and pictures to save and also easy accessible to any device.

This comes in handy for alot of reasons. As a photographer, I use it to store all my photos as a back up. These are indispensible alot of use out of them.It's an excellent product, wait til it goes on sale though.

Bought this for mini pc for extra storage. Does the job well. Pretty much holds all media and non essential games to save room on SSD.

This is my second purchase of WD Easystore, but larger capacity. Years and years works just fine. Extremely satisfied with this brand.

Convenient, fast and reliable. I use the easystore portable drive for gaming; IE recording my gaming footage for uploading and it does a great job with no lag or problems.

I recently was able to obtain old family pictures of many family members who are no longer here. So easy to scan and download to the portable hard drive so that memories can live on for other family members.
