I couldnt believe this was a 5TB and it was this small. Very easy to use. And the price was unbelievable.

The Easystore 5TB portable hard drive was too good of a deal to pass up! It holds so much information for a very small piece of hardware. Also, it's very easy to move from computer to computer and fits neatly under the monitor so it's out of the way. This drive is just what I needed for my office to store a plethora of photos that were stored on different computers. Now, they're all in organized in one place.

To get 5TB of external storage at this price point, only at Best Buy, is a fantastic value. The storage unit itself is great. It literally comes out of the box and is ready for your use. Easy peasy! Western Digital has had their name in the memory game for quite some time now and have a reputable brand and name. I have mine for expandable storage on my Xbox Series X and it has performed flawlessly. You will not regret this purchase!

I have recently gotten into crafting with a Cricut machine, which means I have accumulated thousands and thousands of images. I have never owned an external hard drive before, so I wasn't sure what to look for. We found the Easystore 5tb on sale and one of store representatives stated it was a good brand, so figured I'd try it. It came with the USB cord, plugged it straight into my desktop and started moving my images over to it. Extremely easy!

I use it alot doesn’t overheat or make noise and for the price it’s good

Good value for the capacity....was really hoping for a faster SSD...but this price was a better fir for my back-up needs.

This portable 5TB hard drive works perfectly. Storage is plenty for most users. I use mine to back up my laptop every three months. it's a perfect size; easy to put in the computer case & take anywhere. I like that it's compatible with the 3.0 USB port. I rated the value good just because prices can always be less. You won't go wrong with this purchase because you can feel confident your information is safe, secure & properly backed up.

5 TB of storage, works to store PS4 games on my PS5. Easy to use and a good price.

I got the WD Easystore 5 TB as a back up for my Local NAS system. I had a older 1 TB that I had used for about 5 years and I didn't want to loss any data. I was surprised for the price I was getting 5TB for that amount. As the products states in the name EasyStore I was able to plug the drive into my computer and move the data that I needed over to it and continue to use it as a backup drive for my Local NAS.

The WD easystore external USB hard drive is really small, it's easy to put it anywhere on my desk, even on the top of my computer. It's a perfect amount for storing all of my digital photos and scrapbooking elements. It is a bit slower to retrieve or store than what's in my computer, obviously, but it is a backup for me, and a great price.

Works as intended. Good product especially for the price. Only downside is how quickly they can corrupt. Ive bought 3 seperate hard drives at this point and have had some issues with 2. One completely stopped working, the other has deleted some files, but this one works perfectly.

It's amazing to see storage commoditized like this -- what would have been ridiculously expensive a few years ago, or just a dream a few years before that, is now the norm. Here WD delivers the standard for home storage. If you need to quickly and easily back up 50 4K movies, all your pictures and documents, or whatever, this is the way to go. Simple, fast, reliable, and affordable.

It has work very well for my needs. I’m a dj and needed tons of space to save my music videos for when I do video djing. I have saved my entire library and have room for more. It works very well with my MacBook Air as long as I pre scan the files. The occasional non pre scanned slows my preview screen but doesn’t stop the software from working.

Great little external harddrive. Works as designed. Stores plenty of things without much concern. Con: 1. This is no SSD. Speed is a factor, however, the price for the device is 1tb vs 5tb in price difference. 2. Moving parts, so concerns of bumping or dropping from accidents. Which will cause data lost. 3. Seems to take a 10 sec boot up and constantly goes to sleep if not used when connected.

I have moved video, audio and other large files off my computer so I can optimize the performance of my computer. Of course, I still have access to all my data. This portable hard drive is easy to use as it connects directly into one of my computer's USB ports. I prefer this direct connection rather than using a blue tooth external hard drive because of security issues.

Great value for a very well built portable external hard drive. Tons of storage on a very compact drive. A bit slow but then it isn’t a solid state drive. All-in-all, very happy with the product.
