I got this for my XBOX One to add games since my other hard drive was only 1TB. So this 5TB gives me plenty of room to store even more games can't wait to see how much I'll be able store. It was easy to format just put in your system & it will format it's just that easy. It was cheaper getting this one VS. the official ones for the system.

WD-The Most Reliable Hard Drive Co. On The Market!

I bought this for my son's Xbox and we transferred all the internal drive data to this external. It was smooth and quick. I've had more than two dozen WD Hard drives (int. & ext.) over the years, and knock wood, NOT one has ever failed me and crashed! I've had three drive from a company that ends in -gate, that have crashed and lost all data. I'm all in with Western Digital !!!

Works Great on my X-Box One X

I found out really fast that the 1TB built in hard drive way definitely not big enough. I bought this hard drive due to the reasonable price along with the other good reviews that I found about it. I went on YouTube on my phone to find out how to install it on my Xbox and it was very quick and easy. Works great and now I have plenty of room. Highly recommend.

At twenty bucks a TB, I am very satisfied. Pretty good transfer speeds and reads right off my television or Xbox Series X for quick video / audio file access. Better, faster HDD's out there, but for the value I couldn't find anything that beat this little guy!

I've always had good luck with these WD drives. They are perfectly sized and portable. I don't particularly care for the type of cable required for use on these as some of the ports don't seem to allow the cable to connect nice and smoothly. The one I happened to get is fine. That's not really a fault of WD drives though as it's a standard. I can't really find a negative for this little drive. They are great to have handy for quick backups or file transfers between computers or gaming consoles.
