Lots of storage in a compact space, easily portable. Speedy enough for moving big files thanks to USB 3.0. I can't vouch for the included backup software because I haven't used it, but overall I'd say this a good option for backups, video storage, and general everyday use.

This external usb hard drive is nicely sized (read compact) and brain dead simple to use just plug into your usb A connector whoops not in my MacBook Pro 2018! Good thing to have a dock or wait for this years MacBook hopefully will have some better connections.

i've been buying these same drive for years now and the storage are getting larger as times go by, they have decent speed in read and write but my purpose is to store data. this brand, this type of model have never let me down, its reliable over the years of having this drive...

A little big physically compared to other drivers I own. That said it is relatively fast and super easy to use. At 5 tb it’s a great backup

I bought this when it was discounted to about $90 to store a lot video recorded over the air, and it's been working very well. I've had a couple issues with it on one of my 15-year-old computers, but after I sorted that issue out, it was smooth sailing.

What an awesome compact external USB Portable Hard Drive. It also comes with extra bonus features to try out. It stores fast and reliably. Sturdy and Great design. Recommend it for everyone. Price was right when it was on sale. Yes.

I haven’t actually loaded anything on to this drive yet, but I am basing my review on other Western Digital drives I have. They make good quality drives. I have a lot of movies, music and photos and this drive has plenty of room for them and more.

Great 5tb external drive. Easy to plug and use. My preference is to reformat and use all availability storage. Will likely get another one soon and archive all my jpg and videos-only using purchased one for backup at this moment.

I just needed something to transfer files with my partners after filming concerts. We usually transfer about 2TB back and forward. This was small in physical size but big in data space. And pretty fast.

This hard drive works perfectly fine with my Xbox Series X. There's not much to say other than its pretty much a plug in play device. With that said setup is super easy. Just plug the device in and you're pretty much all set to go. I highly recommend this product.
