Very pleased with the WD-Easystore 5TB External hard drive. I purchased it at a great price and it's very easy to use and store. Highly recommend to anyone needing to back up their computer content with plenty of room to spare.

Great sale price! Works perfectly with the Xbox Series X for storing and playing previous generation games. Connected and within seconds the console did it's thing with formatting and it's now half full of games. Great for Game Pass and Games with Gold collection.

So far so good, was simple plug n play, moved files I needed over and have plenty of space left, great deal for the price

So far this storage device has performed perfectly. Fingers crossed that it continues this way for a few years at least. The size with 5TB capacity is very impressive. I haven't noticed any hiccups or errors. It is very fast and doesn't produce any heat.

Works great as external drive for PS5. Plays PS4 games and stores PS5 games. Large storage capacity (I bought the 5TB version). I bought this on sale and it was the best price for a 5TB drive anywhere. Thanks Best Buy

Fast and easy!! Needed a new drive as my old 3 tb was slowing down, heating up and showing errors. This one is fast as can be and was a cinch to set up. It was HARD not to go go the 12 tb but this 5 tb for the money is amazing.

I have been using these WD external drives for several years now for both off-computer storage, and periodic archive of nearly 300,000 photos and a bunch of archive documents I wouldn't want to lose if my computer suddenly fails. So far, these drives have not failed me and allowed me to recover from archives after several years hiding on my dusty cabinet shelves behind other things I have squirrelled away. I have had poor experiences with other manufacturers, but so far so good with this product. I should warn buyers that when using it as primary storage, it may take a bit longer to open files than when those files are stored on the main computer. Got to be patient.

I love it, it is exactly what I was looking for. I use it for extra memory in my Xbox and I have a tons of games installed on it due to the high capacity of 5TB im extremely happy with my purchase, specially because I bought it super cheap.

This hard drive has worked great so far. Easy to use - just plug it in, wait for it to be detected and you are off. I'm using this as a backup drive for all of the internal drives in my tower pc. I'm considering purchasing another to use as off-site storage.

After recovering data from external hard drive, the data was restored to new backup. Was advised that you need a backup to the backup, which is this 5 TB drive. It has been working like a champ.

Great space with excellent ease of access. Originally had to be formatted for Apple computer but once I figured that out. 10/10

Nearly prefect size - both in terms of disk space and the drive's phyiscal size. Used for local backup of all the photos/videos. Still recommended storing a copies of those valuable files on one of the cloud provider though.

Easy to format on my M1 iMac, very useful as I own 3 hard drives from WD that I use mainly to store my edited videos and photos. Very useful for backing up Macs too!

Good external hard drive to backup computer and data. No issues. Proven reliability based on my experience.

Easy to use just plugged into my Xbox reformatted and started using giving me a bunch of extra space for all my games. Got a second one for my wife for all her photos and videos and work great and also plug and use definitly recommend for the price.

Compact footprint and large capacity with good performance

Great place and lots of storage, I use it as an external drive for my Xbox plenty of room for the 150+ games I have on it. Runs at the same speed as the stock internal drive so no performance issues or long load times. Would definitely recommend.
