Super simple to set up with a Mac. I do however wish that the transfer speed was faster but this was definitely a bargain by and worth every penny. This is my second purchase and I will most likely end up with a third as I use them to store my photos.

The external hard drive is easy to use. Plugs in with no trouble. The capacity of the hard drive allows me to record movies and full games. Easy to transfer to other media sources.

Very simple and easy to use with my Mac. I realized that I could get a better price at Costco on a very similar one after I purchased it, but I kept this one and did not return it since I had already started using it and it seems to work perfectly.

I have not found anything wrong with it, so i'm assuming it's working fine.

Purchased this for my son's Xbox. Plug and play easy and since I got it on sale, the price was great! It does exactly what he needs it to do for Xbox storage. As with most WD hardware, it is very well made. Would suggest to anyone looking for external HDD.

Easy set-up Holds a ton of data - backed up my desktop

I needed the ability to move a huge amount of data off of a dying computer real fast. Thankfully Best Buy had this drive in stock and I was able to get the transfer done. I’ve had a bunch of drives from this brand and they always deliver the quality

This WD Easystore 5 TB external portable hard drive works great. I carry it with me all the time and it is a great way to store all the stuff you use daily. Very easy to use and is small and light weight.

I haven't used this external storage very much, but so far I like it a lot. I bought it to supplement the storage of my previous external drive. It is very small--it would be very handy to use with a laptop. It is smaller than my previous 1 TB external drive.

Bought 2 as backups for music and photo collection. Transferring all those files off my PC made the collection safe and secure. As an additional benefit, I find Windows is running a bit faster and takes updates without hiccups.

Came in a timely manner and worked straight out the box. I use it for storage expansion on my PS4s and it did great. I will say if you plan on moving story games between consoles, save your money because save data can't go to the drive.

Have been using WD external drives for years now, starting back when the capacity was only 1TB. Great for on the go backups, be they media, photos, music, or documents. When these go on sale, they are great value.

Very portable device. Small and light weight. Works great as a back up for my data. Does not need an external power cord as power is delivered via the USB cable when hooked up to a PC. Great value when it's on sale at BestBuy!

Decided to give the Easystore a try as opposed to the Paasport since it was a little bit cheaper. Although both have 5TB, the Easystore seems to be slower. Not a big deal since I'm just using it as an additional backup for archival purposes. I prefer the look and size of the Passport more than the Easystore, but it seems to be a good value. Been using WD for years and I intend to keep using WD.
