Bought this for my daughter who is a photographer to store photos. Great price, works great and fast. Just as I had hoped.

Fits all of my videogames and has plenty of room. With the updates needed on games and the excess memory that they need in this era (a little ridiculous but nonetheless), this device works extremely well and is very easy to work with.

Good size, easy install, works good for backups and/or transfers

Purchased this on the deal of the day for a really good price. Its fast and holds alot of storage, exactly what I wanted to store media files. Its Plug and Play and I have used it on both Mac and Windows with exFAT format.

This is my 4th WD Portable hard drive. It's super easy to use...plug and play. Love the amount of storage and I got it at a good price.

Great portable hard drive for the sale price. I have been using a few of these 5TB's and have not had any issues with them over the past year. I use them frequently for excel files and pictures. I can recommend these without hesitation.

This little drive holds stuff and it’s small. Just don’t forget to ‘eject’ it when you disconnect it from your Mac. We will see in the years ahead how it holds up.

I needed more space as I store thousands of pictures on my computer. This is just what I needed. I can take it with me and use it on other family member's computers so I don't have to take mine everywhere I go. Love it!

This is my second the first was smaller but I have had it a few years now and no problems,,, I got the second one to help separate some things and make some files more portable. I have a cnc so I can do all that work and save all the models and g code in one place for that machine , 5 t may sound like a lot and it really is but if you never want to run out of room this is the way,,,, wish I could run windows bloat 10 on 1 and keep my pc drives clear and running faster :<0) hmmmm I buy these for friends as presents and they thank me later when there pc goes down but they still have all their pictures and videos saved.

I purchased to expand the memory of my PS4, and it was easy to set up and works perfectly with no problems. No discernible slowdown reading or writing to the external (as compared to the internal), and I have so much more room for games!

this is the greatest externel usb portable hard drive western digital could possibly offer in 5 terabytes of space with an external plastic shell and usb 3.0 capabilities. Taking it on the go is great fun and im overwhelmingly happy with my purchase.... so much so that i am writing this grand review for 25 points

This unit packs A LOT of storage into a pocket size form factor. My normal strike price for a 4TB pocket drive is around $100. When I saw this 5TB drive on sale for $90 just before Black Friday, I grabbed it.

This thing was super cheap and worked great for my PS5 as an external storage. Don’t waist your money on those game ready drives this one has way more memory at half the price 5tb for price of a 500gb “game drive”.
