Easy to use. Lots of storage. I will use an a backup for all the files, pictures, PowerPoints, and everything else from my computer. I’m glad I bought it.

It just works. Formatted for Mac backups. It is a spinning disk, not an SSD, so it isn’t fast. Reliable so far.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this external hard-drive. The 5TB capacity is more than enough to back up all my files and photos. The only thing you have to know is that you have to download some programs (WD Drive and WD Discovery) Utilities from the vendor website and install them on your PC. Otherwise, your PC will not be able to recognize this drive. Other than that, it is working fine and I am very happy with it. Oh, you can also download Acronis True Image for Western Digital software to create an image of your pc. That is a great tool to have.

This a very a large external storage hard drive. I have several of these over the years. I have always found them reliable.

I have had no issues with this USB hard drive. It serves as great storage for all the tons of games I download. I don't try to run games off of it so I can't speak for whether or not that's possible (depending on the game). It's not designed for that anyway. I use it as storage for my files and it works just fine. I find USB 3.0 to be fast enough for me. Is SSD much faster? Probably, but I'm not spending that kind of money to save a few minutes.
