I'm very happy with it, never had any issues. It has been moved around a bit, something I was worried about, but it has been just fine as long as you take care of it. I am a graphic designer and work largely off of this hard drive with no issues. It has ample space for all of my files and allows me to keep all of my documents off of my laptop to help with speed. Recommend!!

Simple and compact

The download and set up took less than two minutes. The size is convenient for travel. I wish it come with a case. But i have just been using the clamshell from the manufacturer packaging to hold in while in my laptop case until i find one that fits. Once running it it kind of loud and vibrates which is slightly distracting. Made of sturdy material

Great Ext Hard Drive & My Best Buy Total Rocks!

I really love the portability. I used it to transfer precious pictures from a failing drive, and the best part was that the transferring was done by the Geek Squad through My Best Buy Total membership. I highly recommend this external drive as well as having the membership!

It hasn’t failed me yet. So far this has done a great job the only thing I needed to do was format the hard drive for my computer since it didn’t have the updated installation for the newest update for my MAC. That was easy to do because WD has a step by step video online about walking you through the formatting process. Super easy and this hard drive is definitely worth getting.
