I have purchased this before and this a second purchase of the same item. Works great. Huge amount of storage space. Very happy with both of them. Super fast USB3.0 when connected to devices that support it but works great using slower USB2.0 ports too. So much space for backing up whatever files you want. Plan to use this one for storing videos of favorite shows from my PVR (also from Bestbuy) to watch later when I have time.

Seriously, so much space for activities on this thing. No issues using with my surface tablet or laptop.

I purchased this as extended storage for my PS4 and I couldn't be happier. There's so much space, moving everything onto the external was easy, and I doubt if I'll ever need another one. Easy as could be to use, literally just plug and play. Zero delay when playing games installed on it. Just amazing.

I like the product. It didn't require extensive study to use it. It used a very common sense approach. I was surprised that it was so easy to use. I followed your "geek squad" advise and had no surprises.

Well it’s a complicated story. I bought a 2TB one at $59.99 then I found the 4TB is $89.99. It’s an easy calculation that bigger is cheaper so I made a swap and paid the difference. However one week later I found the 5TB is also down to $89.99 so I went to the store and changed again. You have to know that the format is got but mbr . If you are still using windows xp then you can only use mbr which limits the capacity at 2TB.

This is my third external hard drive. I keep all my work designs on this drive so I can take it anywhere and not have to bring my laptop. This connects easily to both the laptop, desktop and notepad easily.
