Great product. I purchased it for use with a 500 GB XBOX. A regular console has enough memory for only a few games. With 5TBs, there is plenty of room. I highly recommend it.

Bought this for my husband who needed a portable hard drive that had a lot of room as he has so many photos, etc that the other drives just couldn't keep up! Highly recommend!!

TONs of space at such a great price! Not sure why you HAVE to put a minimum of words when you can put a few to say exactly what is needed with less.

I've been looking for an external hard drive for a while. This is perfect size and came in handy when my laptop broke. It had plenty of space to get all my info off my laptop.

Perfect external hard drive for my PS5 especially since I mostly still play PS4 games on it. All of my 200 plus games for PS4 were able to fit on this 5tb hard drive.

I purchased this device to use as a network storage device attached to my home router. It works fine in this role and with five TB of storage, I should be set for local back ups for some time. Between this and my cloud storage, I can easily backup all the files on my home computers. This option allows me to share music, pictures, and documents with my family more easily. WD was lacking in providing documentation on how to implement the drive in a network setting. In fairness, it is a USB device and doesn't really have network capabilities. Would be nice if they acknowledged the application and pointed the buyer to network device manufactures for application specifics.

I purchased this hard drive to store my PS4 games in order to play them on my PS5. The hard drive has fast write speeds. It also has a ton of storage and has worked great.

This product is exactly what I needed to backup all my media (songs, playlist, pictures, videos, documents, etc.) it gives me sufficient capacity to last me for a few years.

I got this HD for my son's PS4. It worked great. The PS4 recognized it quickly and formated in 1 min. I will definitely recommend it, no heavy lifting on my end..

Lots of space. I bought two. One for an external hard drive on my PS4 and the other for GoPro and phone vids and pics. Both were easy setup. Easy transfer. Works well.

Bought this drive to move fuels from my old MacBook to my new gaming pc. To do this I had to format the drive as ExFat prior to moving the files so both Mac and Windows could use it.

Purchased this for increased storage for my PS4 since I am primarily a digital purchaser. It works as intended and it offers a great quantity of storage for it's price.

Good value for the price. Not sure how long it will last though, I’ve owned several WD, still have one that is 3 years old and still works great, I’ve had one fail after 2 years, it’s luck so I would recommend buying 2 in case 1 fails

I have been using this drive for the past year and have not any issues with it so far. It is easy to use and portable.

This drive will handle all of my music library. I have thousands of songs in MP3 format, and haven't even used 1/5th of the drive yet. Love it.

Wanted a way to back up pictures and other files from several different computers. This is large enough i can back up everything on all the family computers for several years.

Great product, will buy again. Just have to be careful if the product is in use and you move the drive which can cause it to crash or damage. It has happened to my previously in use exactly similar external drive.
