Got this on Black Friday special to expand the storage on my PS4. Set up and formatting was simple and quicker than expected. Performance is flawless and I can’t even tell it’s there.

Nice drive does at great price of $129.99 black Friday. Would buy again at that price but not at $299.99

While this drive is sold as a USB drive, one of the first things I did was open the enclosure and remove the drive. Its a WD Red drive, once I verified that, I put into my Synology 412+ NAS. I was easily able to format the drive and add it to my current NAS.

A lot of storage space at a great value when purchased on sale. Reportedly a WD red drive inside.

I am very happy about the performance of this drive. No problem so far after using it for a week.

This is what I need. I can build a perfect system. I plan to buy it again later if I need more.

Love this. it has that extra space i needed for my server for server backups. have had no issues with it and have had it for about 5 months now.

This is an excellent external hard drive, i believe best buy make this version to avoid shuckling from the previous one. However, the inside drive still a WD Red drive with white label. Its basically the same drive as previous version.

This is a great external hd that I use for Xbox. It’s compact with lots of storage.

This is a must for any Xbox owner, especially if you have an Xbox X because of the 4K contents now in video games. Now I don’t feel better about downloading even the free games from Xbox live as I now have enough memory for it.

Very good drive quite and very fast bought to use on an Xbox one x it found it at once and is even faster then it's own inturnal drive worked so well I went back and bought another one for my computer.

Initially I had some trouble with the drive right after installation where it would cycle between the Autoplay dialog and the "You need to format the drive" message about every 10 seconds. Disconnecting the drive and rebooting the computer seems to have fixed the issue. I didn't install the backup software as I don't intend to use it that way.

Got this on the Black Friday deal. I wouldn't have spent regular price on a drive this big (would have bought separate smaller ones instead), but I'm happy with this purchase at the deal price.

Great product out of the box. The drive is already formatted and I ran chkdiskinfo and the drive seems to be new original with no issue. Had it running for 24 hours before I began to use it.

Love the storage capacity. It is user friendly. So happy with this particular brand that I purchased 2.

Works well, massive storage amount, will need firmware update a first, but everything is a breeze!

Got these drives for $139 on a Black Friday Sale. You cannot get a drive with more capacity for this price. Rumor has it that these external drives come with WD Red Drives inside.
