Great price for a large amount of storage. Great for photos and videos.

Plenty of space for my files and applications so I can run them from this External USB 3.0 Hard Drive. No problems noted with External Hard Drive. Does the job. I am Happy with it.

I now have six WD external hard drives and two internals. All have served me well and have no reason to think my new 4Tb won't do the same. Always easy to install and have never had any type of problem with their performance and functionality.

I bought this to be extended storage for my games. It works flawlessly. I had a thunderstorm knock out the power and it repaired itself and works as well as it did before. Highly recommended!

I'm going to buy another one soon and move data off of older storage.

Small, efficient, easy to use, great price and good customer service

This is the Western Digital 4TB, My Book, external hard drive. This particular drive suports USB 3.0, and connect via micro-USB B. Practical read/write transfer rates can exceed 100MB/s (though actual speeds will vary depending on your rig, and random vs sequential transfer) Price wise the WD My Books are somewhat more expensive then the comparable WD Elements series drives, but include password protection and hardware encryption, and are billed as being more durable. They also have a 3 year warranty vs the 2 year for the Elements. All in all, for those of us who prefer to do our back-ups locally as opposed to the cloud these external drives are an excellent option.

Excellent product. My fiance uses this for all of her photos now like a photo album. Tons of space and very easy to hook up to my pc. Literally just plug and play!

Quick 3.0 HD that was really needed to back-up important photographs between various devices. No issues and quiet (so far). I have purchased many of the previous models as my back-up for every year that I have been shooting.

I bought this to backup a 2TB iMac computer. I need this size and it works great. i still had to reformat the drive, but that was easy on my Mac.

More than enough space for almost unlimited storage i bought it for my Xbox One console and you can save all your games and take them with you to another friend's place and play instanly...also it looks identical to the black xbox ones...
