I was having some issues with memory using my Mac Book Pro! I did my research and found the WD Passport for a great price and with massive storage! I was able to move away from old Toshiba 500gb with ease and plan on purchasing more in the future

Fast enough with USB 3.0...plenty of room to backup several OS from several machines

Fast, reliable and convenient. Always gonna need more space. When you're a gamer you should never feel the need to choose between this game or that game because you need more space. Adding this wonderful Harddrive to your Xbox One gives you it all!

Like many, I have to replace my external hard drive backup for my main computer every so often, and look for one with more storage and ease of use. This one is no exception! It was very easy to setup and even looks good on the desktop!

This drive was super easy to format and set up for my new Mac - excellent value

The device is easy to set up. It seems to work just fine , Obviously it has plenty of storage capacity. The only thing lacking is an indicator light that shows that it is actually turned on; the older models had a blue light indicator up front.

Not much to say about this but so far it's performing wonderfully, it's quiet while writing at full speed, doesn't get too hot even after hours of writing to it (~100-110 deg F max); and the read and write speeds are not bad either.

For the price and the space, it's worth it. I use this hard drive to backup my 4k footage. I don't shoot RAW footage but each project easily takes up about 120 Gbs. I have about 3 different backup drives cause I'm deathly afraid of losing client's footage to failure. So far, non of my hard drives have crashed, so so far, so good.

I've had another WD 4TB drive that's worked flawlessly for at least 4 or 5 years. So when it was time to buy another for more storage I didn't hesitate.

With the price down at $109 for these, I bought two of them. One is a second backup of my first one. I have used many of their drives in the past without any issues. I only give it a 4 because the case is all plastic and the fan is little loud. BUT you want to buy an external drive with a fan if you are going to be working off of it every day. (You don't have to, but I think it is best for longevity.) I reformatted mine to remove the software, as I use the native Time Machine to backup.

The hard river it’s all that I need to do my backups and very important data

Western Digital has been a reliable brand for me over the years & this 4TB storage hard drive was a reasonable price for this amount of storage. Time will tell how long It last like any hard disc drive, keeping it from being moved too much help longevity.

I bought this for more memory for my Xbox One and it worked great. No problem with pairing up with my game system. Works really well and plays games smooth.

This hard drive replaced a failing one. The price was good, and it has more storage than my previous drive. It is doing backups as it is supposed to (using Windows 10 software), and I hope it continues to do so for a long time.

I've had good luck with Western Digital external drives before, so I am pretty confident in this purchase. It's only been in use for a couple of weeks, but pleased with the performance -- quiet, reasonably fast, and unobtrusive on the desktop. Very satisfied so far.
