I have two of these. They're great for the price point and the amount of storage you get. They're also nice and slim which makes it great for storing away easily.

Very functional hard drive. I use the external hard drive as a back-up for RAW photos. I down-load my photos from my camera to the hard drive to protect them from loss. The photos are large files and hard drive stores them is seconds.

Excellent product Small enough to fit in my pocket; however, the storage capacity is large enough to store the largest customer spreadsheet or database. Also can be used to transfer data from one computer to another.

I needed a hard drive for back up asap as I had brought my laptop to Geek Squad for a check up and had not backed up beforehand. Bought this drive while at the store- Geek Squad backed up my info before they started working on the laptop- that was awesome! They had my little drive all ready to go when I picked up the laptop. The drive is easy to connect and for me way more than enough space. So I have lots of space to grow as my files grow. And the drive is smooth, small enough to easily pack & feels classy! Definitely recommend.

I have never had problems with the purchase of new hard drives. All of my WD passports have worked flawlessly. I bought two of these for the purpose of keeping a good clone of my work stations on a regular basis in the event my computer hard drive fails. High recommended.
