Easy To Use

I was able to move every document from my laptop to the Passport and there was still plenty of storage space. Accessing documents on the Passport was also easy.

Superb storage for photos

It is very convenient for me to store my photos stored. Even my Lightroom catalog runs fast from this drive.

Fast and lightweight portable SSD

When paired with a computer that supports the latest usb standards I am getting very close to the advertised speeds. It does get a little hot especially when writing a lot of data. I’m able to photo and video editing right off the drive. It works with both my windows laptop and MacBook.

I picked this one up and started backing up. I'm pleased with the read/write speed and had the M1 Pro up and running in less than an hour. Seems durable and reliable!

On the go storage for travel.

I found this as my alternative. It is very compact, does not need alternative power and downloaded more quickly than the external hard drives I use at home for my photos. It was plug and play to my USB3 port. It comes with an adapter for a standard USB. It worked well.

Solid State Samsung Drive is Solid!

I have lost info on drives before and this is my second Samsung solid state drive and it's great. No worries about losing info; locking up or destroying files. In my estimation, the safest way to go with precious files.

Fantastic speeds

It gets a little hot when a lot of data is transferred (like over 200GB,) but that was a one time back up. It comes with a USB C to USB A adapter and USB C to USB C cable. Honestly, the adapter is useless, buy this because it is USB C.
