Was able to save everything from my old PC to install on my new one with plenty of room to spare..

Wow. So much storage in something that fits in my shirt pocket. SSD is definitely the way to go. Wanted to stick with a known manufacturer..Western Digital

It works fast for data transfer. Does get a bit hot though.

Love the size and speed. Excellent for backups or even working with files.

Product works great, I only wish that I bought a bigger one. SSDs make things faster. I will definitely buying an upgraded one.

Has a lot of space for storage. Nice size and the price was right. The only problems I had was with shipping. It was shipped via FedEx and it never arrived. looked like FedEx lost it, Best Buy was good about a replacement that I went and picked up at the store.

The portable hard drive was a lot smaller than I had expected, but that made it easy to carry around! Great to also have a lot of storage capacity.

Used this on my Mac for backups. Formatted easily and never a problem. Super small form factor makes traveling with it super easy. Highly recconmended.

I was hesitant before buying this as some reviewers said you can get the transfer speed as advertised, but I have it a try. I use it with my MacBook Pro and the speed is blazing fast. Transfer 10GB less than 10 secs. However, it gets warm really quick. It makes me doubt its reliability.

VERY Happy with this little drive. Speeds are at or very near what I would expect from an SSD. Very compact, fits nicely into my back-up drive portable case as an additional drive when working on pictures or other items.

And it's just a bit longer than a credit card in size! Couldn't get over the stupid convenient size - I threw it in my pocket and it was very easy to carry. WD software was easy to get set up for my back-up files.

Works great. I am an entry-level developer and need to always have a copy on me at all times. With this product I not only get to walk around with my code in a small portable form, it is also password encrypted so I don't have to worry about other people accessing my work.

Bought as I was doing a data transfer between two computers. Geek squad assisted and Passport has worked throught the transfer and provided back-up.

After a few years this bad boy is running strong. gets the job done and I put all my games on it.

I was surprised when this arrived in the mail - it is much smaller than I thought it would be! Barely larger than the size of a business card, yet is super fast. Can easily put it in my bag without worry of it being too bulky.

Love this ssd use if for gaming as I don't like having games installed on my computer.

Maybe I got the one out of several thousand that fails for no apparent reason. It worked great before failure. Data copies over to it extremely fast. Cost effective when on sale. I kept it plugged in to my iMac 24/7 and was never concerned because it never felt too warm to the touch. Usually shut the computer off a few times a week to give everything a break, but apparently this drive didn't like that. It just disappeared from my system randomly and now won't show up. I've tried 3 different USBC cables and tried it on my MacBook Air as well. Nothing will recognize it, and now almost half a terabyte of data is gone. Thankfully most of it backed up (this is why you make backups of your backups), but... not sure I'd trust this particular device again for my use case.

My wife uses this to backup graphic designs and photos. It’s the size as an old school iPod Touch and it’s fast and easy to use. I did buy it as a Black Friday deal so I don’t know if I would recommend it at full price.

Small and compact and great price, works very easy and will recommend to anyone.
