Great. Its actully really fast. Super easy to use. Sleek design so its not in thr way or sticking out. Wish it came with a littld bit longer usb cord though.

Got this to replace a failed external drive used for Time Machine. The WD drive has been reliable and takes up less space than the previous drive. Very satisfied.

Arrived in good condition , easy to hook up , recognized immediately and working just fine , time will tell . Smaller than I thought , totally works off of USB !

I bought this to replace a SSD. So far, it has been very good. I have not had any issues with its performance or being read by multiple devices.

The passport itself sees good, but the downloads are very confusing. It turns out that WD is no longer updating its software, so they are contracting with another partner, but none of that is clear to the end user unless you call.

I purchased this to put music on for my dad. It works like a charm. Would purchase again if needed.

We decided to upgrade our desktop and wanted to save everything. I’m not particularly tech savvy so I watched a couple of You tubes to see how to use it. Easy peasy. Plenty of space.

It seems that additional memory or external hard drives are necessary in today’s time with HD video. This unit is small and compact. It has fast image / video recall. I would recommend this unit.

This item is excellent budget hard drive for backup drive for folks who wanna save bunch of precious photos and videos. 2TB is plenty for most people. I hope it lasts long time.

This external storage device had an Mt extremely large capacity. I have placed extremely large files on it, and still have rooms for more. Great Deal!!

Great product and can store lot of data. I am happy with western digital products.

Hard to fault 2TB of storage at this price point. Works as expected. Used MAC disk utility to format it for backup using Time Capsule.

Works great! Very impressed by the potential transfer speed of 6 GBPS, though real world results are always lower. Even on a mid range laptop however I was achieving 200-300 MBPS on average. When plugged into my phone transfer speed shot up to 1.2 GBPS so that was great as well. Love the storage and the price is right for such a large portable storage. The one drawback is the fractured and at times redundant WD drive software(s). There are multiple programs to install and manage your drive. it would be much easier to include everything in one program. They are moving in that direction with the new EdgeRover software- that's a must try if you have multiple storage modes and means and things are... less than perfectly organized.

Western Digital has been a favorite of mine for years. This model works great and is very easy to use. Simply plug and play. It can store millions of pictures or hold an entire backup.

It's great to add to my External drive collection. For the price and performance this is a great addition. It's a good place to store my music and take it with me when I go.

Not much to say other than it works as described. I love the new design but I wish Best Buy offered more colors. I only trust Western Digital for my hard drive needs and the price was right.
