    WD - My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Red This external drive is more compact than my others. It packed in easy for traveling and I like the red color so I can see it in the division of my carrier. It works quickly. Nice to have 2TB.

    Only have this at less than three months. So far it works as expected. It is too soon to truly give it five stars. I hope it works as well as the Seagates I own.

    Bought it because I am having problems with my Mediasonic DVR. 1st the manufacturer said to get a 2TB usb powered hard drive, so I got this drive. Not fixing the problem they then recommended an internal harddrive with an enclosure. Returned this drive because as I belived my problems with the DVR are not drive related. I have a couple of these drives and otherwise qiute happy with them.

    Using drive as a backup for my data. So far, no glitches and no problems. My only hope is that this drive lasts longer than my present SimpleTech external HD (256GB storage) that has served me faithfully for over 20 years (yes, that's correct...20 years, not 2.0 years).
