    Incompatible with my pc, would not back up files. Bought Seagstr Slim from amazon as replacement because you stopped selling Seagate, a much better product.

    Title says it all, we took it back because any app you tried to download to use it to its fullest potential would fail. I would not recommend this product.

    Plug and Play on the Mac. I use the Passport for video and audio storage AND playback. I've found Western Digital Drives to be reliable and sturdy.
