I have several WD drives. Since this is specifically designed for Mac, I don’t need to reformat it. Everything works the first time. And transfer is a breeze.

Great external storage

That experience hasn't changed with my purchase of this 4TB storage device. Its lightweight, compact and easy to carry around with you. It easily fits in my gear bag. The transfer rate is what you'd expect from a usb 3.0 and I usually grab a drink or stretch my legs when transferring really big files. Overall i'm happy with this product.
