Durable hard drive. Lots of space. Easy to use and re-use.

Plenty of space, great price, easy to use. Worth the $

Let me start off by saying that I have purchased probably every external brand out there over the years and I keep coming back to WD (Western Digital) because of reliability and durability. The only drive you can really compare to this one would be Seagate's portable version but the housing on it (the plastic shell) is flimsy and you can literally make an indention when you press on the case. Some people don't like the new case design of WD's latest Passport drives but I do and this new ultra Passport is great! The black finish against the metallic gray just looks great! The My Passport Ultra also comes with a three year warranty, as where the industry standard is either two or one year. Great drive for the price.

Hard drive has worked very well.. Started to back up my files and have not had any issues yet.

Simple to use, son uses for saving school work at Tech. Works well with all computers so far.

Great value! I bought this high-capacity storage device through Best Buy. The Geek Squad used it to store my data they recovered from my failed computer. Now I use it weekly to back-up my information and archive music, movies, data and more.

This little drive is exceptional to travel with. The 4TB of storage makes anything storage wise possible & no need to carry around a big bulky drive & cords or need to find electricity as your laptop already powers it

Needed an extra drive to backup my desktop and laptop, and this proved to be the best product for the price. I especially liked that you could purchase a case to keep the drive in. While I already backup data to the cloud and to a separate backup drive for my laptop, I like having a copy that I can plug and play to see the data without having to "restore" the data in order to find the file or photo that I am looking for.

I have this hard drive plugged in on my Macbook Pro acting as a shared network Time Machine. It has a lot of space and seems to work fairly well. Western Digital drives are generally pretty solid hard drives.

This product is good size for caring with my backpack.

Great Hard Drive for backup and storage of my laptop!

I needed a hard drive to store a lot of data so I could finish a project. The store associates assisted me and within ten minutes Iwas at the checkout. The drive was easily reformatted for a Mac and was able to begin the transfer almost immediately. The build and responsiveness are excellent. I'm very happy with the product.

It's amazing to me that I can fit 4TB of data on this little wallet-sized drive, and it's powered by USB. Incredible. Especially when you lived through the days of a 200MB hard drive being awesome, like I did.

We have been buying these WD Passport Ultra 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drives for a long time without any negative issues. Like all electronics Eternal Hard Drives, you need to be gentle with them and not rough, and they will last you a long time. This 4TB External Hard Drive is large enough and will take you sometime to fill up. We always buy these WD External Hard Drives when they are on sale at BestBuy, as you can purchase these drives very inexpensive. WD does make solid Hard Drives weather it's external or internal, best Hard Drives for the money!

I bought this external hard drive and the geek squad transferred my pictures to it from my desktop. It's easy to use and has lots of storage. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
