Very easy install and set up, large amount of storage for a very reasonable price. I have several of these drives, and all work very well.

I own a Macbook and do a lot of Graphic Design and music. I realized I was running out of space, so I needed an external hard drive. I came across the WD Passport and not only paid a reasonable price, but it also holds all the work I've done. My computer couldn't hold it all. Its small size makes it easy to take with you! Great product for Mac users!

No issues, easy to set up. Good value (purchased on sale) for the cost - purchased as an extra storage space for my mac mini. The sleek design is nice and compact.

If you need extra storage look no further, I have to have a external driver when using my mac due to macs bad OS optimization taking up so much space. Do yourself a favor and get his product you wont be disappointed!

Easy set up and use. Purchased as new back up as my Apple Time Capsule failed. Apple support helped me get everything as needed. Now stays on and backs up flawlessly. So far, no complaints. Price was good. Highly recommend.

Just the perfect amount of space needed to man up my laptop (mainly photos, music, a few movies and tons of docs). Was easy to use initially and came with all the adapters/dongles I needed. So far so good. I mean I guess the real test will be the passage of time but in the 1 month I’ve had it, 5 stars.

Great for what I needed transferring photos straight from my iPhone 16 Pro Max to the external hard drive. This is easy to transfer occurs in the background and I just using my phone.

Great product for IOS operating system!! Just plug and play. We tried lot others and those were not compatible with MAC , however they advertise them as an apple compatible.You will recommend others MACusers!

I messed up my 1 TB unit so off to BB to find another. This one is aluminum and light of a feather. It has twice the storage of my old one and cost just a little more. It opens quickly and is very fast when downloading to it. I plugged my to a USB port and it was ready to go. A great buy.

Worked great. Plug and play!!!! I have the Mac Air 15” and I didn’t have to even load any drivers!!! Definitely recommended to any Mac users.

I was on a quest to find an external drive for my iPad Pro 11” now that the new iPad OS update allows the use of them via Files app and other apps that support external use. I have the older WD My Passport 2TB with the old SATA to USB 3.0 connection and it’s rather slow, but I mainly use it for backup and an external drive for my MacBook Air. I’ve had no issue for a couple years use of it, so this Ultra usb-c to usb-c was what I was really wanting. I wanted something just as quick as the iPad Pro and it doesn’t fail me. Only gripe is I’m not able to use the encryption ability of it because the current iPadOS doesn’t support it...yet, hopefully.

Connected with ease and worked flawlessly with Time Machine on my MacBook Air.

I purchased this external drive to consolidate many many video and photo files and it works like a dream.
