A good mobile storage for games and backup, I’ve used it to store all my files as I move to a Linux operating from windows

I got this after looking at a bunch of other external hard drives because I needed more storage for my PS4 Pro. Only had it for a short time, but seems to work well. It is pretty quiet. It does get very warm when in use, but not so much to be worried about. Overall, a good buy if you need more storage for stuff.

My go to for backing up my photographs. I like the metal housing and have never had issues with these external drives.

I can nearly put every ps4 game into this tiny block so much memory and the speed is remarkable

I have nothing bad to say. I don’t see any lag when playing PS4 games. I love that you can store your PS5 games on it as well. It truly cuts down the time to install back to the ps5.

It's a regular hard drive and I am using to store my game library, not run the games from it. But transfer speeds are good for a portable HDD (around 110 MB/s) and no complaints.

Bought as a Christmas gift.. 2 people very happy with the drives. I have one myself and appreciate the plug and go. No lag after downloading game's for pc. They definitely work well.

I had no idea that SSD’s are incapable of long term cold storage. Ever since the words about the Sandisk 4TB SSD’s self deleting files and corrupting came to light, I knew I had to immediately back up elsewhere. This drive was a steal and looks great. Transferring 3.6 TB did take quite literally all day, but it was worth it!

Large storage for the price and has decent speeds read speeds (~130MB\s). No external power is needed for this neat little drive and it's footprint is small as well so I would say this device is travel friendly. Only downside is that the P10 models are only about half as fast as the D10 model (~250MB\s) but the D10 only comes in 8TB and 12TB capacities.

I bought this hard drive for my PS4 The games takes up a lot of space with my console 1TB internal hard drive. I so glad I invested into my 5TB WD BLACK external hard drive. I have 70 games down loaded and still have large amount of Free space available on hard drive. I bought another WD Black 5TB drive as a gift for a frend he has PS5 Console he also needed more space for his games.

It might be designed for gaming, but it's fast and great for storing my movie and music backups.
