Decent write speeds for documents. A bit slow for raw video files. I like the portability of the drive.

I went to the store to buy a cheaper storage device but the 2 that were on sale were sold out. I needed this to move information from my son’s laptop so we went with this device. We’ve had no problems with it so far

Great back-up drive. Fast too. 5TB is a lot of room for me. Might get a second one for a friend.

I have an HDD for 8 years now. It’s time for an upgrade and I came across this drive. I saw some reviews and it did not disappoint. It also worked well with my Mac so I’m giving it 5 stars!

Great product , the space is definitely a win but cant play ps5 games on it without copying them to the console. the only downfall ! now if you have a ps4 or equivalent console you can have all the games downloaded and played instantly without having to copy.

This hard drive does work pretty well for writing to the disk. Haven’t yet done anything on the other side of it (ie read) but I’m pretty sure it’ll work well there too. Caveat: this thing does heat up after a steady write time. You’ll have to make sure to not do that for longer than 10 minutes after which the write speeds will slow down by a lot. I would suggest getting fans for keeping or cooler if you need that. All in all pretty good hard drive.

Works with Xbox x, no issue. Speed does not seem to be an issue at all.

The only brand I truly trust to keep my media safe for many years till file size and capacity reaches its limit. These drives use to be a bit cheaper, but when the sale hit. Decided to jump for an additional drive to store all my PC game downloads. So far, so good.

I bought this to store my downloaded ps5 games. It looks great. It works well. Set up was easy. No complaints. For this price range this looked like the best option.

This is a very fast 5TB external hard drive. I run lots of big games off this hard drive and I have no issues not even a hiccup. The case feels well made and sturdy. This hard drive looks fantastic and industrial. I know this doesn't mean anything because performance is key, but I like my gaming setup to cool also. I can't reccomend this external hard drive enough.

If your on need of a better way of storing important, Pictures, Files, Documents, School work, anything this is a great extension to buy. Yes it’s bigger and bulky unlike a flash drive but it hold so much more and you can keep it at home and it doesn’t fill up to quickly.

About as fast as a USB Hard Drive gets. I chose it for my Playstation 5's and haven't regretted it. You could buy a smaller solid-state drive, that would be some faster, but it would still be over a USB connection, which would be the limiting factor speed wise.

Great external storage. Great way to play an arsenal of PS4 games without compromising internal storage space. Also, you can slide PS5 games back and forth from external to internal storage for your convenience.
