This is a portable storage device for your electronics. However, where it truly shines is during PC gaming. The read speeds on this SSD are astronomically high. That allows your games to load EXTREMELY fast, even when playing games with loading screens. In that sense, this device will not disappoint you whatsoever. My games have never loaded quicker, and it is mind-blowing seeing the results. Here is the only not so great thing about this device. It requires the latest port for data transfer: SuperSpeed USB 20Gb/s (USB 3.2 Gen 2x2). That is the only way to achieve the advertised speeds. However, it will still work with most other USB’s; you just will not get the same level of performance. So, if you are thinking about buying this SSD, just make sure you have the proper port or be satisfied with not as fast speeds. This really is not a negative against the product, just something to keep in mind.
