Very fast, and so far reliable SSD. I did have a problem registering the warranty with WD, because it couldn't detect the serial number. I see others have had this problem as well. They had to open a support ticket for me and it wasn't resolved for over a month, but eventually they confirmed my warranty was registered. Not sure why this is so hard for them to get right, but the device is fast. I use it as my main drive for my imac because the original hybrid drives are so slow.

If you've got an extensive library of PlayStation or Xbox games and managed to get a new console (either one) this holiday season, this is the drive you want to play all of those older games on. Speeds are ALMOST on par with the internal storage on both PS5 and Xbox Series X, making this a great way to store/play your last gen game library on your new console(s). I've tried other drives from Samsung, etc. and this one is easily 50% faster or more across the board in real-world use. It's expensive, but it's the best there is right now.

Works great with PS5, the incredibly fast 2,000mb/s write speed is just insane. Loading times are significant reduced and this SSD lets you store a lot more games and game captures. It includes ONE UBS-C to USB-A cable, and ONE USB-C to USB-C cable. For the PS5, you can just plug it into the super speed USB in the back and forget about it. One thing to note is that SSD can get heated, as can any. So, don’t leave it in an enclosed area with no air flow.

I bought the WD P50 1TB. to go with my new Xbox series X, game system. It's really fast, 2000 MB/s. I put some of my older games on this drive and the newer games on my internal 1TB and Xbox external 1TB drive. The Western Digital P50 runs well with my system. It's very small, a pack of gum is the size of it.

Great speed, built, size and ease of use. Use it for the ps5 to play ps4 games. Just wished it had more memory for the price.

I bought this game drive for COD:COLD WAR and Modern Warfare. These download are so large that I would be better off keeping separate from other games and storage devices. Drive works very well, Fast and reliable. So far everything is alright. Access is quick and easy. Would recommend to others.

Works flawlessly on PS5! Extremely fast throughput. It effectively doubled my storage space. The size of the PS5 internal NVME is crazy small considering most physical games rewrite to the hard drive. Easy as 1,2,3. 1) Plug it in 2) Format it 3) Move games to it.

Owned this for about a month now, I have stress tested this on my PS5, but have stored my ps4 games on the hard drive and that is all that I have played. I found the speeds to be great with zero issues with performance after gaming for hours.

If you've got a need for speed, this drive is for you. Great for gaming, video editing for your YouTube channel, or whatever else you might need a blazingly fast drive in a compact size for your electronic storage needs. You won't regret this purchase.

Bought it for my PS5. Its fast, makes no noise and can play all PS4 games directly from it onto my PS5. Super fast and have not seen any slowdown when playing. Highly recommend along the internal SSD expansion for ps5 games.

Got this to add to my PS5 for extra storage, couldn't be more pleased. Super easy and crazy fast. Installed my PS4 games to it, leaves me plenty of room for PS5 games on the console's internal drive.

Super fast. Using it for PS5 storage. Can't play PS5 games from it, but the transfer on large files back to the console are very fast. Also loads PS4 games almost as quickly as PS5 loads PS5 games. Nice and compact.

Great for expanding storage for ps5 out of the box. As some of my fellow PS5 owners know, most of your storage is gone out of the box b/c of transfers and system storage files. This is a great solution and its FAST!

Top of the line external nvme ssd as a present for my friends birthday. Even though high end gaming pcs will only use its top speed this future proof for consoles. Its nice and compact. Great buy. For 200.
