Bought this as an extended storage drive for my PS5. So far it’s worked great and it’s fast compared to the old one I had. Transfer of games from console to device and vise versa is pretty quick.

This external solid state drive is a decent expansion for my Xbox One, providing extra space needed at good speeds (actually better than the original hard drive). Had one issue with it not being recognized, but unplugging it and replugging it back in worked and no data was lost.

Loads my ps4 games quickly. Not much of a big difference with the ps5's ssd vs this one. Plus you can store ps5 games on this drive! You can't play it from the external though, only store it.

Bought it to house PS4 games to free up some space on my ps5. Does the job well. You CAN NOT store and play ps5 games on this drive, You can only store and play PS4 games off of this.

Lightweight and easy to use. I use the cloud but always nice to have a back up of everything just in case. Fast transfer speeds made it convenient. Great bang for the buck.

This hard drive is pretty fast and seems like it's built rugged. I'm using it as an extra drive while video editing on windows 10 with adobe software. It's doing great.

Awesome external storage for the PS5! Moved all my PS4 games here to have enough onboard storage for my PS5 games. PS4 games run flawlessly.

It is a great buy, I have put most of my games on it and it is easy to take to places and works fast for those FPS games too. I have COD war zone on mine

Works great, I use it for my PlayStation 5 since I was too impatient to wait for the internal SSDs, especially since you only get about 660 gbs of storage space from the PlayStation in the first place. I even bought one for my younger brother's ps5 and was suggesting my older brother to get one too since I got him a ps5 as well. It loads your games super quickly, almost as fast or just as fast as the system. I'm sure it'd be great for any other use but for me it was definitely worth it for my system.

My girlfriend got this for me for my ps5. I like the look of it and it was easy to setup. I've had no issues with it and its even survived some irregular shutdowns due to some power outages where I live,

Bought this to upgrade the storage on our new PS5. While you cannot move PS5 games to external storage yet, I wanted to buy the fastest drive I could in the event they finally enable that feature. Using the USB C cable this did transfer our PS4 games incredibly fast so for the time being that’s all we will have on the drive. With the huge library of games we’ve built up over this last generation we will need more space sooner than later Will update if they add that feature.

Very fast. Gets hotter than I'd expect when it's just plugged in and nothing is accessing it.

This is super expensive but has worked flawlessly so far. Fast enough to play ps4 games straight from it. (Ps5 games cannot be played from ssds but can be stores there)

Got this on sale for $60 off. Great for PC. Can also be used for PS5 or Xbox series X (S) for storage. You can't play PS5 or Xbox Series X (S) generation games on it mind you. To make use of the faster speed, a USB 3.2 gen 2x2 port is needed. They are quite uncommon. But, compatible with thunderbolt 4. Thunderbolt 4 can run this drive at full speed (20Gbps). May also be compatible with USB 4.
