The right hard disk for the job

Ive ised these disks for my NAS for many years. Excellent performance and durability. I like the new disk analysis that works with my QNAP NAS and tells me the life expectancy of each drive. Very iseful!

Bought this to go with three other 6TB hard drives inside of my Synology DS 420+ NAS. It has been working non-stop 24/7 since I bought it nearly six months ago. So far so good!

These are good drives for server operations. I will say, I ordered 4 from BestBuy and 3 arrived dead. No worries, BestBuy quickly replaced them. Thanks BB!

These drives are trash now. Stay clear of these WD Reds and go with the Iron Wolfs.
