Didn't realize it was 15 day return window, and going through the warranty process. Already had to pay for shipping, Western Digital claimed I wasn't charged when I followed up, and been 3 weeks and still waiting on the replacement. Will definitely reconsider Western Digital going forward and a bit annoyed with Best Buy as well.
