Multiple DOAs from BestBuy

This is a great drive but I would avoid BestBuy.

WD can't be bother to honor their own warranty

One of the WD Red Plus drives that I purchased started amassing a large number of bad sectors after just a few months so I contacted WD to initiate an RMA. Their process requires the customer to pay out of pocket to ship the drive to them. Once they received it they actually refused to replace the bad drive and had the gall to ask me if I wanted to pay additional money to have them ship the drive back to me. What a joke, this is the last time that I ever buy WD.

Drives didn't work.

I bought 2 more in June for spares. When I went to use them neither of them work and Best Buy won't refund my money or exchange them. $400 for 2 drives I can't use.
