This was needed by my IT department in a emergency and I rate a 5 because of the ease of ordering online and picking up at my local store in Frederick MD. It fixed the issue we were having at my company after information from our server was deleted by India support, local IT had to fix and setup internal hard drive as safety backup to data. Worked perfect.

The labeing was terrible. I thought I was buying a 7200 rpm drive turn out to be 5400 rpm. I am a fan of WD but here they screwed up on the labeling. I quite do not understand how a hard drive rated for NAS could be 5400 rpm. Mind blowing. Oh well back to shopping online and making sure what I get is right.
