Mel and Sam really click in this movie I couldn't imagine anyone else being the top two. Must see if you haven't already.

This is a wonderful movie based in an era that was full of controversy. It's true to most events and the cast plays their roles very well.

A supposedly accurate account of one of the early battles in Vietnam. Movie is well done, with a memorible performance by Sam Elliot who is Mel Gibson's sidekick. If you're into war stories, this is for you.

In all honesty, I was very hesitant to see this movie, but I am so happy that I took a chance on this movie because I was wrong! This movie is a great classic that I highly recommend this movie to anyone in any family. Overall, great movie.
