    Horrible. Had this delivered and installed and then it never worked, the heating element was broken. They send out a second unit, geek squad ordered the return and delivery and install but they only came back to pick up and drop off the new one. Did not install the new grill. Finally schedule an install date and the installers never show up, they said they did but never showed up. Cameras on house for a reason. Overall total tech service is not worth the money spent, grill from Weber was useless and might as well install the items yourself. Returned both units, one is still waiting to be picked up on Monday. I buy a lot from Best Buy and sounds like I need to go elsewhere to get better service and quality products.

    Excellent smoker

    I have been using this grill for several months and i have been very pleased. It performs well with low temp smoking (20+ hour pulled pork). And equally well searing meat. The only complaint I have is the hopper location and design. It is difficult to fill and tends to clog a bit. Weber fixed this in yheir second gen Searfire smoker.
