1st delivery and assembly attempt had broken parts, missing parts, and the paperwork serial number didn't even match the model. The 2nd attempt had a caved in lid and again the paperwork didn't match the model. For the 3rd attempt I had BB send me the previous years model the Sprit S-315 stainless cabinet type and finally I have a working grill.

The grill itself is fine. Unfortunately, the grill provided, Spirit II E-310 LP does not match the description or images provided by Best Buy and no longer has the shelf that is iGrill ready. Now I am not sure what I am supposed to do with the iGrill attachment or am I expected to buy another shelf? If that is the case, the product images and product description need to be changed.
